If we look at the Creator holistically, we see that the patriarchal version is lopsided and unhealthy. We all need a deity we can relate to, and women have not always had that. The Sacred Feminine brings balance and wholeness to our vision of the Creator. Those who work with Her energy do not seek to overthrow the concept of the Sacred Masculine, but to bring balance, insight, and feminine wisdom back into the equation.

There are two ways to connect with Her energy. The first is viewing the energy of the "Great Goddess" as counterpart to "God the Father." This is a non-personified vision of Her as "Yin" to His "Yang," left to his right, up to his down.

Women who choose to work with Her this way often adjust their prayers or affirmations to include "Goddess" with or instead of words they have normally used when speaking to the Divine. It may feel safer to work with Her in this way, as there is no specific personality described. This is simply returning the balance to Godsource that had been lost.

The other way is to see Her in all of Her aspects and view each as an archetype. Viewing Her this way allows us to see in our own behaviors a part of the Divine, free from any judgment concerning certain behaviors. Archetypes are universal patterns of behavior that go by different names but are easily recognizable. For instance, a woman who is a scholar or a strategist might have Athena as a goddess archetype.

Every woman can connect to all of the feminine attributes as they are seen in different goddesses around the world. By studying these attributes we can recognize which aspects of the Sacred Feminine within are in need of healing or are ready to mature.

Many people today-- the day of the Apocalypse, are reeling from the information that is coming from beyond our world. In this content, Apocalypse meaning the lifting of the veil or the revealing of age -old truths. I used to think it was a word often associated with the ending of this world, but I was mistaken. It is a word signaling the unfolding of a new life, the dawning of a time, which on a cellular level; we have all been waiting. The old prophecies tell of the day when we will communicate with the other side, and the dead will walk again, but as human history has proved over and over, we just can’t believe it when it actually happens.

In the winter of 1997, I witnessed a spiritual channel, known as Ruth Lee, The Scribe receive messages from other planes of existence. Over a period of several months, myself and a small group of unrelated men and women watched as she quickly read what she typed at about 100 words a minute! By the time we concluded this work with The Scribe, she had downloaded over twenty chapters of powerful, practical wisdom from great Saints who once lived on Earth and great Spiritual Teachers identified simply as being from the Higher Planes, but I came to believe they were located in the star system known as The Pleiades.

CAN YOU PRAY? is the culmination of a grand experiment that included average people in a metaphysical first. This unusual effort to bring enlightenment to the human race in a very distinctive way continues as you read the words today that were scribed then.

A frequent question that comes up in readings is how to move forward when you feel that you’re really stuck in life. Many people think this is a complicated process, and that there are so many obstacles in the way of making progress in your life. The truth is that moving on is only as hard as you make it.

People often think the Universe is holding them back for some mysterious reason. The Universe doesn’t conspire to hold us in one place, and actually thrives from the energy created by change. It’s more a question of allowing yourself to take a leap of faith, let go of the past, and begin moving forward.

An ancient Chinese proverb tells us that the longest journey begins with the first step. This is true in all things, especially the journey to enlightenment. If you don't begin a thing, you can’t go on.

It often takes great courage to take the first step towards making a change you know you need to make. Looking ahead to the final goal can be daunting when it seems difficult to achieve, and far away. Yet taking one small step at a time completes that journey to your final goal, and even if that first step is a doozy, at least you’ve begun.

Approaching your goal takes planning and strategy. When you’ve decided to move forward, it helps to have some idea where you’re going. Once you choose your direction, it’s wise to know what obstacles you may encounter, and what possible options you'll have at those points. But beware of getting stuck in the planning stages. Your plans are only useful if you implement them.

Remember the way that babies learn to walk. First they pull themselves along on their bellies. Next they get a little altitude, with a slightly better view of the road ahead, and crawl carefully. Finally, summoning up their courage because they‘ve learned that they can move forward, they stand upright, and tentatively take the first few steps. It can be that simple for you.

In a nutshell: Step 1: Make a commitment to change.
Step 2: Decide where you want to go.
Step 3: Check for obstacles in your path and ways around them.
Step 4: Get moving!

When we get to the heart of the matter, the center purpose of our lives is to simply love, to love with arms wide open, to love with mind, body and spirit. Love at its core is the most powerful spiritual path one can journey on and seems to be the most elusive. We must be missing something because we keep getting love all wrong? We fall in love and out of love over and over. We get love sick at the onset, and heart broken when it fails. We have all been wounded by love and have been the one doing the wounding. It rips us up, turns us inside out and burns us to a crisp, yet we keep asking for more.

The power of love is so encompassing and overwhelming that it can sweep us away by its beauty and power. It can feel like a fire burning into our very souls. Love can make all other things in life pale in comparison. If Love can move mountains, then I would expect love can do just about anything at all. Are we afraid of its power or are we ready to be taken by love all the way? All we have to do is look at our life history to discover the answer.

When I look at how we speak about love and discovered that our thinking about love has negative connotations. We say "your love sick" and "love is blind." When you fall in love your friends say "be careful, be smart, cover your bases." Why do we relate love to an illness or something to be cautious with like a ticking time bomb? With these kinds of projections on love, how could we possibly make love last? We have already begun the journey with a handicap. We have failed before we have even taken our first step.

When I was a kid in Sunday school I was told God is Love. They never said God loves and then falls out of love ... or God loves sometimes and sometimes not, or loves with conditions. So if God is a living example of overwhelming unconditional love why is it we can't get it right. Is it because God's love is blind?

I looked at how we fall in love. When we fall in love we see perfection in the other person. We are blown away by the connection, the power, the intensity, the beauty. We see the truth of that person, not the illusion. We are seeing this person as God sees this person. God does not see us linked to our past, our mistakes, our reactions or programming. All these negatives are just conditions caused by simply being human. We don't get through life without a few bumps. The Dalai Lama says that all people are good at heart and that it is simply their hard situations that make them who they are. Is the Dalai Lama Love sick, blinded by love? Hey if that is the case, I want to experience the world like he does.

I just returned from the largest cosmetics trade show in the country. It was HUGE with well over 1000 exhibitors. About half of them have an anti-aging cream that claims to be "all natural", however, all still have toxic ingredients. I read the labels of every product and Violet Star is 1000% superior. Psychology has been based on dealing with our childhood experiences. To think about childhood leads to the reinforcement of issues rather than releasing them. There are some methods of psychology that do release past patterns, but it is time to cast out the effects of these patterns from the energy field as they occur. The patterns that are hampering us, are no longer an option.

Some of you might say that these negative thoughts or patterns invade your daily life and are difficult to release. Since these patterns have become familiar old friends, they tend to want to stay. Within 16 seconds of thinking these things, they take hold of your energy and lodge the feeling in the body. Daily practice in telling these thoughts to leave, exhaling them, sending them to the light, or otherwise canceling them will begin to have immediate results in the quality of your daily life. Start with the more simple thoughts and doubts and work your way up to the major manifesting issues of love, money, and success.

As for manifesting the major issues of love, money, and success, it is time to run the energy of any remembered strong positive outcome. Feel that memory then think about the desired outcome as a done deal.

I’ve been a lifelong meditator and a lifelong artist. For the past five years I have focused on creating Energy Portraits, portraits of the colors I see, from within a slightly altered state, pouring out of and swirling around an individual. Recently I noticed that as I prepared myself, I could feel a muscle in my chest expand, the tissue itself taking up more space in my chest cavity as I rose into the perceptual field of greater clarity.

Opening the heart is physical. And so, I learned from my clients, is the act of seeing.

Peggy sat in front of me about 15 feet away for the 45 minutes it took me to create her Energy Portrait. As soon as I finished, she exclaimed, “I could feel everywhere you were looking! I felt your energy every step of the way!” I immediately checked in with the presiding angel to see if there was any corrective measure I needed to take, or if the dynamic had done any harm. No, the angel assured me, it had not – far from it. The session anchored in her a healing sense of her authentic self that helped her return to a sense of wholeness in the period during which she was learning to live without her recently deceased husband, and learning to create a life without him.

It’s not just the intensely focused seeing of an artist, or a healer. Every act of visually regarding someone else makes a difference. Think about the phrase, “to hold someone in high regard.” Every word of that phrase is instructive. Let us be careful, lest we “hold someone in low regard.”.
